  2. Whisk in medium bowl

    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • ¾ tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp sugar
  3. Whisk in large bowl

    • 1 ⅓ cup milk
    • 3 tbsp (45g) melted butter
    • Whisk flour mixture in
  4. Drop batter in large spoonfuls into frying pan, cook uncovered until rim of each pancake is full of bubbles
