- Whisk in medium bowl
- 1 ⅓ cup (165g) unbleached or pastry flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar

- 1 ⅓ cup milk
- 3 tbsp (45g) melted butter
- Whisk flour mixture in
- Drop batter in large spoonfuls into frying pan, cook uncovered until rim of each pancake is full of bubbles
