Makes about 8 waffles
- Sift in medium bowl:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Whisk in another medium bowl:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons / 28g melted butter
- Add wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just combined.
- Pour 60ml / ¼ cup of batter into waffle iron
- Cook 6 minutes
